Hello @biggles001 the ticket has been raised for us to manage within an internal pool, we will keep an eye on this each month your bill is produced.
This will save you time in contacting us to deal with the query each month.
Please bear in mind once your invoice has been produced and your account has been debited, the following working day we will be able to process a refund for you.
