Overcharge on my phone Question 86941268

Once again I have been overcharged on my phone bill.
Emailed customer service four days ago but as normal no reply.
Phoning is a waste of time unless you are prepared to hang on the phone to up to a hour on a good day
As for the advert stating excellent customer service that is a joke
