Overbilling

Hello,

I renewed to an 18-month contract starting 11/03/2020 at £26.99 a month but not sure my new contract was ever applied as I was still charged £27.99 for March and then £39.98 for April. The latest email says I will be charged £40.98 for May.

Would you be able to refund the difference and charge me the right amount going forward please?

This has now happened again, the Aug 17 bill is for £38.92 instead of the expected £26.99.

Would a member of staff please take a look?
