I am at my wits end and don't know where to go with this, in August and September I was charged twice for my line rental meaning I was over charged by ~£39. I immediately contacted Plusnet and they said they would refund me straight away, nothing happened. So I range again and they said again no problem we will refund you in 14 days. Nothing. So far I have rang 5 times and been contacted by the message system in my account many times all promising to sort out the problem. So far nothing. It has now been 5 months and I am still waiting. I am just short of contacting the police because I feel like I have been robbed. I have even requested a ADR code but no one will issue me one.
