Over charged, was expecting a refund.
Just what the subject says really. When I placed my fibre order the operator fat fingered something resulting in my bill going up. I was told that this was a mistake and would be adjusted. Now I know I have to pay more for the fibre that's due tomorrow, so I don't know if you are waiting on that to happen before you action any refund.

I can see that someone was keeping their eye on it but I've actioned the refund for you now. It's on it's way back to your Direct Debit. It can take anywhere up to two weeks to arrive, though in my experience it's usually a little sooner than that.
Your order is still good to go today, but not complete. Let us know how you get on.
