Over charged twice 25th Aug

Hi so i have got the £27.99 package broadband and line rental. I dont make calls etc dont even have phone, due to being messed around im meant to have the broadband free for 3 months (currently on my second month) what brings it down to £18.99. After checking ive been charged £26.44p for first month with line rental £18.99 and broadband £7.45p   and now second month line £18.99 and internet £20.99p.
