Over charged bills, over 3 months and still not sorted

I renewed a contract with Plusnet and paid a line rental saver to try to save myself money but Plusnet have still been taking the  old monthly price. First contacted them in October to sort this, kept being told it would be done within a few days but still not sorted.

 

They are effectively taking my money twice now as I paid the line rental saver. This is unacceptable and still no one calls me back when I have been promised call backs from managers.

 

Plusnet are rapidly going downhill and the fibre broadband service I'm paying for is not what I am receiving as the internet is very slow!

I'm very sorry that you have been overcharged and that this issue is not yet resolved. I've passed on feedback regarding your poor experience here.
