In January I phoned regarding renewing my contract.. I asked about matching Talktalk’s £21.95 per month and I was offered a 18 month contract @ £23.98 per month for Fiber Extra and Line rental. I’ve just received this months bill and it’s for over £80 ???.
looking at my bills it looks like I didn’t get billed for February and you have billed me for 2 months at FULL PRICE.... How come I didn’t get billed last month and how come my discount hasn’t been added to my account.
