Over Charged for Second Month in a Row

I'm being charge £7.50 per month instead of the £3.50 (paid up front for line rental etc) per month i should be charge i've spent 2 hours in total on the phone waiting and trying to clarify that i'm being overcharged (i've noticed there are a fair few threads about this).

After the last phone call this evning hopefully this will be resolved because i don't want to spend a hour each month waiting to get this resolved only for it not to be sorted out.

This is my second year with Plusnet and i've always found them to be helpful, i hope this continues.
