The card that was on my Plusnet account expired this month, so I updated it to my new card but it appears to have come through as a Delta card and not a Visa card. I've received an email saying that payment is overdue and clicked the link to resolve it but I just get an error every time. If I then try going to the portal I get a message about the overdue payment and when I click the link there I get the message: "Sorry, there has been a technical fault that has meant we have been unable to process your payment".
I was hoping to sort this with email support / live chat but that doesn't seem to be an option.
Any help to resolve this as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated.
