I got an email saying that I'm currently paying the out of contract price for broadband. I've had a look at my account and it says that I can't change my product due to an order being processed. Help phone number says to ring back another time, cancellation number just has me on hold. No email to contact, online chat is down. Really frustrated at the moment. Any advice?

Rather that ringing the help number ring the Customer Options Team directly on 0800 013 2632. You should find this answered more quickly, especially if you select the 'I'm thinking of leaving' option.
