Hi,
long time Freenetname>Madasafish>Plusnet customer here.
I am out of contract and interested in renewing but there are some strange messages lurking within my account preventing me from seeing my options...

"! An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress."


and another that says...

"Script User - Automated Script Pool
7:28pm, Friday 26 Jul 2019
Summer Your Way"


Any suggestions what this all means?

You're probably best off calling customer options to get the best deal.
