Out of contract pricing.

Hi all, I believe my 18 month Unlimited fibre extra contract ended last month. My current billing price has been £39.98 a month (£20.99 for the fibre and £18.99 for the line). Whilst browsing the Plusnet site I found this :

I have verified that I live in a low cost area, and I did change my product by upgrading to fibre in October 2017. I'm still being charged £39.98.

I fully expected my bills to come down to £20.99 per month as indicated in table 5 above.

Am I missing something blindingly obvious?

Regards.

Simon.

Re: Out of contract pricing.

The £20.99 price is for Broadband (if you have line rental with Plusnet).  The Line rental is £18.99 which is were your £39.98 comes from.  If I were you, I'd contact COT on 0800 013 2632 and negotiate a new contract.  They can usually do a good deal.
