Out of contract.....options?

Hi!
How time rockets by when you're having fun.
Anyhow, looks like I'm out of contract now (18month fibre) and I wondered what other people had done?
Are there retention offers, what are people paying? Is it a whole new 18 month contract or 12 months?
Had a fantastic service during the time, backed up with excellent customer service, so I have ZERO intention of leaving.
Cheers,
Glen

Re: Out of contract.....options?

I got £4 a month off for taking out another 2 year contract!  Cheesy
Didn't have to 'threaten' to leave, just asked them what they could do!

Re: Out of contract.....options?

Two years is a bit of a stretch!
Is that 4 quid off, plus what you save on LRS or total?Huh
The first contract was only 18 months.......!
I'll give them a ring tomorrow and see what's occurin'

Re: Out of contract.....options?

Likewise.  I gave the Customer Options Team a call (there is a specific number for them) saying that I was out of contract and fibre had just become available to order and asked what they could do for me.  I was armed with the current "new customer" deals that were available at the time, but didn't need to mention them.  I was very please with what they offered me for contracting for another 2 years.
Phil
Edit: I was already on LRS so whatever discount I got was on top of that.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
