Hi. Just checked through my account. I have been paying £39.98 p/m since my contract ended last year. No contact from Plusnet when my contract ended, my contact info is all correct. If I look at the upgrade options it shows out of contract price as £31.99 p/m. Clicking through to pick that option it says I’m already on that package. Not expecting a refund for the almost £100 I have paid over the year but I want to be charged the £31.99 from now on as it states as out of contract price. Plusnet help please

I am sorry for the discrepancies surrounding your out of contract price on the product change page and on your bills. I have created a support ticket on your account addressing this issue in detail here
