Hello Team-
The status on my account has been stuck 'in progress' for nearly two years, Now I'm due for contract renewal, but cannot proceed because of this error. Please can you help?
An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
P.S: I've already contacted your team through phone support. After a long wait, I finally explained the issue and was promised it will be rectified in 24 hours and 3 days since I had that call, and the issue still persists.
Fixed! Go to the fix.
