Order progress query

I see from the forum that this isn't a unique situation, but as a new customer, I see that my order is stuck at 'checking your line' and rather hope that it isn't (as I'm going to exceed the bandwidth allowance with my current provider very soon).
Maybe someone from Customer Service would confirm that the order isn't stuck (or unstick it, if it is)? Account name is the same as my forum alias.
Cheers,
Steve

Re: Order progress query

Hi there,
It's not stuck, but does need an appointment arranging with yourself for the install. Our business support team will be in touch with you either this afternoon or tomorrow to arrange this, though you could always call in and arrange it that way if it needs hurrying along Smiley

I already have FTTC with Eclipse, so surely the only work is at the exchange?

Re: Order progress query

I believe an appointment date will still be scheduled for the install, but if fibre is already there then an engineer won't attend - that date will however still be the date the migration takes place.
