When logging in to my account, I get a message
An error has occurred
You can't change your products at the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed.
I don't have an order in progress, my fixed deal has just ended and I'd like to renew it. This looks to be a common problem, from the number of similar messages on this forum.
Could you please clear the error off my account so I can renew, please?

Hi, I have this problem while hoping to extend contract. Customer service line continually busy. I shall consider moving to another provider if it is not resolved fast.
