Order cancelled?! No response from Plusnet

So I signed up with PlusNet in November thinking they would do me proud and they quickly snapped up my £75.  I was given an appointment for the 26th for an engineer to sort the phone line out and after waiting no-one showed up.  Also the router didn't show up.  On the 26th I did receive an automatic notice saying my order was cancelled and they would get in touch as soon as they knew more.  After almost 2 weeks of trying to contact PlusNet I have had no response.....except for another automatic notice saying my next bill was due in 2 weeks. You cant possibly expect me to pay this.

Thanks for the response.  Hopefully all is well with the order now, though I did feel a bit left in the dark.  Now I just hope the router turns up soon.
