Order already in progress

Seems to be quite a common problem but I am trying to upgrade my package and get the following message:

 

An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.

 

I have tried tweeting the help account on twitter and tried phoning multiple times but cannot get through. Would really like to upgrade my package to the deal I got through today on email. Thanks in advance!
