Order Tracking

Hi,
I'd ordered a phone+broadband package on 15/Aug. It has not been provisioned yet (for reasons I'm already aware of) but I know plusnet is progressing on setting it up.
My query is regarding the contract. I paid for a full years line rental upfront. When would the the contract for that start - the day I got my phone or the day I ordered it? In essence, would I end up paying line rental and charges for the period I did not have the service? Similarly, when would my 12 month contract end?
I haven't yet recieved any letters from plusnet yet and I can't find any details about this in the member login area.

Hi kcher,
Welcome to the forums.  Smiley
The contract will start on the day that your broadband service activates. So your first bill will not be received until a month after you have been receiving broadband.
Your phone service is already active, so you will be charged a proportionate 'pro rata' fee dependent on the time difference between that and the broadband.
