Order Status

Hi,
Is there anywhere to see a more detailed order status for my ADSL order, or an estimated activation date? The order tracker page doesn't seem to say much other than "Activating your line". I'm migrating from another ISP using a MAC code, and my old ISP say they're no longer in control of the line, but my PlusNet login details don't work yet, so I'm left without any broadband (which is a problem, as my wife works from home).
I've submitted a question, but it seems like it'll take a couple of days to get a reply, so I was hoping there was some page somewhere that might give me more information on what might be going on.
