Options available to me at this point re my service.

Long story short.
Lived with the Mrs - relationship came to an end - she agreed to pay for the service, no longer wants it and I'm still in contract.

I am guessing my options at this point are transferring the service to a new address or biting the bullet and cancelling it?
If I did wish to move the service to a new address what costs would be involved? - There's currently one telephone line here already and I've actually told the guy he should go with PN so his service moves from Sky to PN on/around the 25th of this month. Obviously I want need a second line installed and to continue/renew the contract.
Cheers.

It sounds like you'd be doing a house move whether it's to a new address or installing a second line at your existing one. In either case the Moving Guide should provide relevant information and discussing your options with the specialist house move team seems appropriate.
According to the Price Guide installing a new line costs £49.99. Renewing the contract should make the broadband move free.

Hi krs360,
If your new housemate isn't in contract with SKY it may be worth cancelling this service and moving your Plusnet service over to the new property and we'll take over the existing line and provide your service on the existing line. The best team to speak to is our House Moves team on 0800 432 0200 from a landline or 0345 140 0200 from a mobile. The charge for a house move is £65 but we offer 1 free housemove per year if you sign up to a new contract when doing this. Alternatively you can pay for the housemove and not re-contract.
Hope this helps.

Re: Options available to me at this point re my service.

Thank you for the replies.
It's a no brainer from my end I am afraid, the plus net fibre in the landlords name started yesterday.
Option 1
Move the line to the new house and pay £112 for the installation of the line and recontact for 24 months. This kind of goes against this document - http://www.plus.net/support/customer_service/moving_guide.shtml#cost
Option 2
Cancel the service and pay £134.00.
Cheers.
