Just wondering if anyone had any advise regarding the no show of an openeach engineer? They claim that I was out of the house and that a voice-mail was left for me - both of which are completely untrue. I realise that this is not at all the fault of plusnet (Indeed during my recent connectivity troubles, the plusnet customer service has been exemplary) but I am now concerned I will be charged the dreaded £65 no show cost for this.
