Trying to lift browsing restrictions due to failed payment, but my word, your website is so slow, I've been at this since 4pm today, I don't want to see the words "connection timed out" ever again.
I changed the timeout in firefox from 90 to 900, and I got through to "Sorry to interupt your browsing..."
I clicked on 'Not ready to pay? You can acknowledge and continue browsing' but nope, page won't load.
So I had a Brain storm [It does hurt] and connected my PC via my Smartish Phone wifi [Hotspot]
YAY the page loaded..... 'Oops we've got a problem'
I Know it's my fault for not having enough funds in my account. I can't even browse the BBC website, it seems you restricted all my favorite ones, I can view Youtube, which I hardly use.
Can a Satff member lift the restrictions on my behalf.

Has nothing to do with that thread, if it was, I would have posted there.
This post is about restricting my service
I thought I had 14 days to pay it [it will be paid on the 21st November]
I clicked on the 'Acknowledge and continue browsing' link, still can't check the football results on the BBC
or any sport site.
I also want to change my biling date, so DD comes out of my bank on the 21st of each month.

Having checked the account, I'm not showing any service restrictions in place on the line.
However, as per the below graph, I can see that you're experiencing a lot of disconnections:
Due to me not detecting any sort of issue, can you please take a look at the troubleshooting steps here?
If you've already done the checks listed, please get back to us so we can start further investigation.
