Oops that offer isn't available

There's an offer on my account for broadband an line rental from £25.50. Wording seems to imply it's for existing customers. Click on it and I get the oops message.
Also had account review e-mail today. £26.99 but click on that and again get the oops message.

Look up the price of the equivalent service from a competitor. Ring 0800 013 2632 and ask for it to be matched. If you want to get through quickly use the I’m thinking of leaving option.

Hi @Poppy166 and welcome to our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear you've not been able to take an offer that was sent to you via the account. I'd advise then giving our Customer Options Team a call via the details below quoting either of the offers and we should be able to honour them for you.
 

They are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00
