Oooops! Looks like you've missed my Line Rental Saver!

HI.  I don't often need to moan and groan about PlusNet, so I'll try to nip this in the bud before it even turns into a moan! 
I've just logged into my account and notice for the period 01/01/16 to 31/01/16, I am going to be charged £16.99 line rental.  If you look back through your records, you'll find that  back on 1st December 2015, like a good boy, I coughed up £185.88 Line Rental Saver, to cover me from 1st January for a whole year. 
Please would you ensure that I don't get charged line rental when I receive my next bill on 1st February, otherwise I might turn grumpy, and I don't want to turn grumpy. Wink

Looking at you're account the charge for line rental is £0 on your recent invoice Huh
A breakdown of the invoice can be found Here by clicking on the relevant invoice number.
It should show:
1Talk Anytime International 300 Line Rent charge for the period 01-01-2016 to 31-01-2016£0.00

I was looking at the itemised phone bill so far this month:
Billing period: 01/01/2016 to 31/01/2016
Product: Talk Anytime International 300
Calls: £0.27
Call Features: £0.99
Line Rental: £16.99
Call Plan: £7.50
TOTAL: £25.75
If the invoice shows otherwise, that's great.
