I referred two people in February this year in order to get plusnets special offer of 6 months free broadband but having just checked my account I recieved three free months and have now started paying again. There was a problem with one of the referrals in that i didnt use the refer3 code when sigining up but this was rectified after I was told to raise a ticket about it and I have confirmation of this. Could someone please look into this for me? Thanks
Hey Footys, It looks like this got missed because of the way the referral was entered manually. I've added a full discount against the broadband subscription for the next 3 months for you. I'm sorry the discounts weren't continuous but you will be getting them. Adam.
