Only being offered Fibre Plus on Renewal
My Unlimited Fibre contract is up for renewal, but I'm only be offered Fibre Plus, which has extra speed I don't need. How do I get the cheaper Unlimited Fibre?

I am very sorry that you are having a problem with our service. In regards to the contract this is not something we are unable to agree over the community forum. Please call our options team on 08005872677 to discuss this over the phone. Due to the current situation the opening hours have been reduced to 9am until 6pm.
