Only 2 out of 3 referrals showing on my account?

Hi there
A couple of months ago now I organised referrals for 3 different people, adding up to a monthly discount of £1.00. However the money credited to my account has consistenly been only 75p - and I can't work out which of the two 25p referrals isn't working, or why.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
