Online Support Requests

Hello

 

I am currently on hold to ask a question that is non urgent, the online chat facility is not working! and the message on the On hold  music says you can  raise an online Support request.  I have used it in the past but it does not appear to exist any more. Can anyone point me in the correct direction!

I have just used it and am awaiting their response to tell you if it works.

Hi John,

A warm welcome to the forums.

Can you clarify if the IVR message says "raise a ticket" or "use chat"?  If you are certain of that I'll get the issue raised in the Super user space.  I just tried to find out for myself ... and got the phone answered in under 90 seconds so I never heard the "your still waiting" message.

The ability to raise tickets for general issues was withdrawn on the introduction of Chat.
