Online Order not progressing

Hi
I placed a broadband order on Friday 09/09 on the web site and its still sitting at checking your line, so I phoned yesterday Monday 12/09 only to be told BT don't work weekends, however the order should start to progress as it is the start of the week. Well first of all it isn't BT, its Open Reach and thier ordering and provisioning system are only down for maintance or system related issues, its a 24 hours system, so what that really means is Plusnet only do orders Monday to Friday. Your adverts states we can have you up and running in a few days, well it is now day THREE (this is excluding Sat/Sun) and the order still hasn't progressed. Can some one check the status of the order and tell me why it is taking so long?

welcome to the Forum
Openreach occasionally work Saturdays, but not Sundays, and Openreach are BT,
the people who supply the service to Plusnet are BT Wholesale, who are the ones who ask Openreach to do the work
