Online Chat Customer Service?

Does anyone know if Plusnet do an online chat type customer service normally?
I have found a page with Online Chat but it's not available.
I'm poor on the  'phone so online chat would be best.

Having come to the end of my discounted contract I'm just wanted to find out if Plusnet
can offer a better deal, I suppose in return for another contract!

We do offer support via online chat, however some ad blockers/pop up blockers can stop you from being able to start a chat.
I am however, sorry to advise that we cannot re-contract people via online chat, so it would still be best to give our Customer Options Team a call on 0800 013 2632 (Selecting the option for thinking of leaving) to discuss re-contracting on a new offer.
