One day late on product switch. Bah!

Hi all,
Just noticed that you are now doing an unlimited fibre package for £19.99 and I am currently on the £21.49 extra fibre package.
My billing date was yesterday.(13/02) I have requested a switch but it will take another month, any chance of flipping me over now please? Smiley
EDIT : Actually my billing date is today (14/02) but I've just received an email saying there is a problem with my order. Have I confused the system by requesting a switch on billing day?
