Oh dear - another month: another silly bill

I've just received an email stating "We'll soon be taking a payment of £51.89 for your service"

 

Where has that amount come from ?

 

P{lease fix it ... and fix your system ...

Agreed that Plusnet billing system is a disaster but more detail would help. Have you recently taken a new contract? Were you late in renewing an existing one? Have you taken extra service eg phone package?

I don't think the Plusnet staff need any more information.

 

The bill was wrong last month and I got a refund.

 

It's wrong again this month ...

I'm still waiting for an official repsonse from Plusnet staff

You cannot take excessive amounts of money from my bank account every monthy and think that's ok !!!

If you had a way for customers to contact staff without hanging on a phone, I'd use that.

As you haven't, I'm posting here again !!
