Offers for existing customers?

I can see some great introductory offers on the plusnet front page. I can also see some fantastic deals from other providers out there right now! What (if anything) are plusnet doing for their core customers at the moment?

Jim has made the same suggestion as what I would have made, mikey99p.
Give them a call and hopefully we'll be able to offer you something similar!

Can you get unlimited fibre extra at £8.99 a month for two years as a deal?

Interesting! Was it that easy?
I got an email a few days ago offering me half price BB for a year if I took Anytime calls. So no more money for the added convenience of Anytime - for a year. I would not keep Anytime after the year though as long as it's easy to go back to Free Weekends.

Re: Offers for existing customers?

It's definitely worth calling in, materialman.
Especially as you have no active discounts on your account at the moment Smiley

@materialman
yes it was. I didn't previously have phone with them but said I would take it - there was no pressure but I have been thinking about the change. I actually had to ask for anytime - again no pressure. Effectively paying 24p a month for my BB now after referral discount.

Each existing customer is unique and hence the reason for us having a customer options team. We'll always do our best to offer the best possible deal. Cheesy

That's a short-term offer!
Perhaps you mean 24 months?

Well spotted Jaggies. Yes, that should say month not hour.

Re: Offers for existing customers?

Kept meaning to do something about getting a discount, having been with PN for a very long time and got round to ringing today, spurred on by this discussion. Offered £10 a month for 2 years for Unlimited Fibre (40Mb) that I went over to last year, so well pleased. Cheesy

Re: Offers for existing customers?

I've just noticed that my 18-month contract for phone and fibre extra was up in December (I thought it was the middle of this month), so I'll be phoning on Monday to see what's offered.
I really want to get in sync with my line rental saver so a 6 or 18-month commitment will be fine (I suspect the latter) - I'm super happy with the service so no plans to leave.
Will report back!
