Re: Offer of contact to clear up continuing charges despite leaving PN

Thanks for raising this Andy.

I have highlighted this to our Billing department to refund any overpayments by cheque and to close the account with immediate effect. This cheque for the refund will be sent to reach you in the next 14 working days at the very most.

Regards,

Mark

Re: Offer of contact to clear up continuing charges despite leaving PN

Just so we don't take any further monthly payments from your account, I've now closed it.

Our billing team will still arrange for a refund of any overcharges to be sent to you by cheque.

ITS STILL WRONG>

You took £20 odd from my account and are offering £3.25 to settle.

Please explain.

20.99

£0.00 05/01/2017 Fully Paid Scheduled Payments

This is what my statement says.

You owe me £20.99, not the piddling £3.26 you think you do.

Its a big, bad joke.

Hi @andyapanel

Sorry to hear about this. I can see that my colleague has requested a new cheque to be sent for the additional amount. This can be seen in the ticket raised to our billing team that can be viewed here in this link https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=142083831
