HiI have just received my new bil on 1 October l and I have been charged to much. £1.84 to be precise for 'Line Rental'
I have already paid for the line rental saver when I signed up with Plusnet November 2019, I have never paid for Line Rental in the last year and it has always been listed as 0.00 in previous bills.
Chat never seems to be on, and I've been on hold for over 30 minutes til I just had to give up to get onto my life.
I hope a staff actually responds to this before they cut my line off for overdue pay.
