Hi all
Cannot believe Plusnet Accounts are STILL OVERCHARGING.
Can someone in accounts please arrange a REFUND for £9.29 to correct OVERPAYMENT of first payment in respect of my new 24 month contract.

According to the Direct Debit scheme rules:-
Advance notice - I must be told the amount and date of each payment in advance.
Direct Debit guarantee - I am entitled to an immediate refund for any payments that shouldn’t have been taken.
You appear to have failed to comply with both of these rules.
Please give this matter your urgent attention.

They were very helpful and have processed a refund and corrected their records regarding future payments.
