ORDI address update

Hi,
My broadband and phone line appears to be linked to another address. Openreach have said I need to raise ORDI so that records can be corrected.

My address does now appear in the Royal Mail database although it did not when the broadband was installed but probably caused the issue.

Can someone please advise how this can be resolved.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Hi Townman, unfortunately not, due to Royal Mail not having the address on their database, Openreach would not update the records without this.
I have now managed to get the address added to the Royal Mail system, so hopefully we can get it corrected

I've raised the ORDI Address Correction request now, it should be sorted within 5 working days.
