Nuisance Call?

Had a call this evening from the following number:
03451126604
They said they were ringing on behalf of Plusnet and wanted to talk about my current package and if I could get a better deal.
Can you confirm if this a genuine call?
Told them I wasn't interested at the moment.
PS  Would be nice to be offered a better deal than at the moment as it seems unlikely I will EVER get FTTC as I'm on an Exchange Only line and no one seems interested in doing anything about it.

Ah OK. The chap on the phone just didn't sound very professional.
Might be interested but it really depends how good a deal I'm going to be offered and what possible catches there might be.
Still be interested to hear from the customer team.

Well I've gone with what was offered in the email as no one seems able to comment.
Will have to see what the next 12 months brings. Hopefully better offers and customer service.
Oh and maybe Fibre to this lonely Exchange Only line user  Undecided

The team who spoke to you previously and our customer options team are the best people to deal with that.
In regards to the FTTC, if I find a way to get the exchange I'm connected to upgraded from 20CN only to FTTC, I'll be sure to let you know how I managed it  Wink
