12 days since the 'dropping' of said ticket, and two months after my service with PN ceased, STILL waiting on the refund. Has this infamous cheque even been issued? Ticket most evidently dropped.

I'm really sorry that the cheque hadn't been processed. I've just chased this up again and the cheque hadn't yet been issued. This now *has* been processed and will be dispatched asap.
