I've called my T-mobile to check if there was a voicemail active. It wasn't and I hung up. Result: 32s in the PS invoice.
I've tried on another mobile (Three) where I do have a voicemail and it results in 12s charge, less than the mobile without voicemail.
Retried a second time on T-Mobile (no voicemail) hanging immediately at the first ring. Result: 7s in the bill.
Is it normal that the landline is billed simply trying a call? (not being born in this country I ask this because I really don't know).
