I signed up for the broadband service using the Uswitch redirect affiliate link. I was meant to receive a reward card as part of the service going live. I have contacted both Uwstich and Plusnet but seems both are not taking responsibilities on which party is responsible for issuing the reward card. This is just not the service I was expecting... no integritey!
I'm being forced to raise a formal complaint with the ombudsman service, which is just not right.
