Broadband went live on 23.09.19, should have had an email within ten days but it as now been 18 days since broadband went live. Was hoping to email PlusNet but I guess there isn't an email address?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your email. Can you please confirm if you have checked your junk mail? Sometimes the email arrives in there.
Please let me know if it isn't in your junk mail and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I am in the office until 4pm today and return at 7:30am tomorrow.
