Not received cashback email

Hello, like a few others here I have not received an email to claim the cashback offer, i've checked the spam folder and it hasn't gone there, service went live on 27-8-19 so was expecting to have had it by now, would someone be able to look into this please, thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received the e-mail to claim your cashback.

We can see the e-mail was sent out last week but to speed things up for you I've redeemed this on your behalf and you should receive the cashback within the next 30 days.
