Not received awards email invite
My broadband account went live on 11th March 2019. As yet, I have yet to receive my reward email invite. I have checked my spam folder.
Can you advise what I need to do to get this resolved as the wife had plans for the cashback!

Thanks for getting in touch, it does sound like you have been keeping an eye out for the email!
Please can you advise by private message or here how you signed up to us, as I've checked your account and can't see any offer promotion although some promotions do offer cashback? Please be as specific as possible so I can look into this further.
