I signed up for fibre broadband 12th October and still have not received a confirmation email despite being live over 10 days ago.
Spoke to Mohamned (goes as Yas) today and he was really unhappy with service. He said the £75 wasn’t showing and wasn’t available from the deal I had yet it’s still been advertised.

I'm sorry for the issues you've had with your cashback. While we can see a promotion code has been applied to the account, we're unable to track what this promotion code includes. Therefore in order to get some clarification and resolve your query, I can see we've raised this off to the relevant department for answers.
