Not managing to cancel - still being billed

I asked to cancel back in January on my billing anniversary of 11 March.  I'm still being billed and the ticket raised back in January to cancel appears to be being ignored.  It automatically came off hold on 11th but nobody has action it.  I've prodded it twice now - still no action.


I've cancelled my DD and now of course will end up with a dent in my credit rating if PN don't sort this out and cancel the account.  Not a happy bunny...
