Not billed since November 2018

I have not received a bill for by landline/broadband since November 2018, when I added my landline to my existing broadband account.  I have phoned 3 times over the past 6 months and each time I have been told 'it will be sorted by next month'.

Please confirm when this will be resolved.  I do not wish to have my line suspended!

Unfortunately, I can't give a timescale for when this issue will be resolved but we are aware and doing everything possible

Can you confirm that I will only be billed for the last 90 days when this is resolved (as in other cases like this)?

Yes that's correct once the issue is resolved we'll only bill you for the past 90 days
